Salaries
Salaries are competitive with other institutions in the region and increase with training advancement.
Vacations
Three weeks of vacation time is allowed each year. Health and dental insurance are available free of charge for our residents and at reduced rates for their families.
Book Fund
Residents are alotted a one thousand dollar book fund.
Meetings
National and regional meetings attended by the resident are compensated for (with presentation).
